Open House Arts Fest!

I’m so excited to introduce my new location in the Woodlands TX. I am hosting the first Arts Fest (our Open House!) July 16th from 10-1pm with brothers pizza from Manni’s place, demo’s, coupons, aura and tarot card readings, Henna, music and more. Please join me in the festivities and bring a friend, tell a friend!
The new August Schedule with new items on the menu will be introduced. This is the first time in several years all of Spirit Walk LLC. can be under the same roof. Many Blessings,

Spring is in the Air, Recharge, Renew!

I hope this new day awakens your spirit, your hopes and enables you to follow through with your hearts desires. I wish you the motivation to clean out the cobwebs and take great care of your health in this new season. As the season changes so does our internal and external environments. Exercise, a healthy and balanced diet, rest and fresh air can do wonders for our skin, the functioning of our bodies systems as well as mind and emotional well-being. We consult in Yoga and Pilates and provide Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Prescription to assist you in your transition. Don’t forget about the meditation classes (just a $1) and $20 for 20min acupuncture stress relief sessions (next one is Friday March 11th 10am-1pm) to keep you going throughout the year.
